By using our website, completing a purchase, submitting a registration, or participating in an X Dance Cruise event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all X Dance Cruise sailings and related events unless different terms are expressly provided in writing for a particular sailing.

Each sailing may have its own:

Dates and itinerary
Cruise line and ship
Instructors and staff
Attendance limit
Workshop and event schedule
Registration price
Payment options
Inclusions
Eligibility requirements
Cancellation and transfer policies

The information presented on the applicable Sailing Page, registration form, checkout page, or invoice is incorporated into these Terms.

If a sailing-specific written term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the sailing-specific term will control for that sailing.

2. Relationship Between X Dance Cruise and the Cruise Line

X Dance Cruise organizes the private dance-related portion of the experience. This may include workshops, social dances, group activities, instructor access, pre-cruise events, and other inclusions described on the Sailing Page.

X Dance Cruise does not own, operate, manage, or control the cruise ship. The cruise line is responsible for the ship, staterooms, transportation by sea, dining, shipboard entertainment, onboard services, safety procedures, itinerary, ports, and other cruise-line operations.

Your Cruise Reservation is subject to the cruise line’s passenger ticket contract, booking conditions, cancellation policy, health requirements, conduct rules, and other applicable policies.

By attending, you agree to comply with both:

These X Dance Cruise Terms and Conditions; and
All terms, rules, and policies imposed by the applicable cruise line and travel provider.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase an X Dance Registration.

X Dance workshops, social dances, and private group events are primarily designed for adults. Guests under 18 may only participate when expressly permitted for the applicable sailing and when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The cruise line may impose separate age requirements for booking a stateroom, traveling without a parent or guardian, consuming alcohol, entering certain venues, or participating in particular activities.

The person completing a purchase on behalf of another guest represents that they are authorized to do so and accepts responsibility for communicating these Terms to every person included in the registration.

4. Two-Part Booking Requirement

Attending an X Dance Cruise generally requires two separate purchases:

A. X Dance Registration

The X Dance Registration covers the private dance program and other X Dance activities described on the applicable Sailing Page.

B. Cruise Reservation

The Cruise Reservation covers your stateroom and the cruise-line portion of the vacation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing only one component does not provide the complete X Dance Cruise experience.

An X Dance Registration does not include a stateroom or cruise fare unless the Sailing Page specifically states that they are included.

A Cruise Reservation does not include admission to private X Dance workshops, social dances, or group events unless the required X Dance Registration has also been purchased.

5. Official Group Booking Requirement

Your stateroom must be reserved through the official booking process provided for your sailing unless X Dance Cruise gives you written permission to book another way.

Cabins booked independently through the cruise line, another travel advisor, a discount website, a travel rewards program, or any other outside source do not include access to the private X Dance program.

This requirement exists because our event space, group services, private activities, and other arrangements are based on reservations made as part of the official group.

Purchasing an X Dance Registration does not guarantee that an independently booked cabin can be transferred into the group.

If you reserve a cabin outside the official booking process without written approval, X Dance Cruise may cancel your X Dance Registration in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

6. Registration Availability

All registrations, cabin categories, packages, and event spaces are subject to availability.

Submitting a form, requesting information, joining a waitlist, or beginning the checkout process does not guarantee a reservation.

Your X Dance Registration is not confirmed until:

The required payment has been successfully processed;
You have received confirmation from X Dance Cruise; and
Any additional requirements stated for the sailing have been completed.

Your Cruise Reservation is not confirmed until it has been accepted and confirmed through the official cabin booking process.

We may establish registration deadlines, capacity limits, cabin-booking deadlines, or other requirements for a particular sailing.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices for the X Dance Registration are listed on the applicable Sailing Page or checkout page.

Prices may differ between sailings and may change before purchase. A price change will not affect a registration that has already been completed and paid for, except when additional amounts become due under a payment plan selected by the guest.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Prices are listed per person.
The X Dance Registration price does not include the Cruise Reservation.
Airfare, ground transportation, lodging before or after the cruise, gratuities, excursions, travel insurance, drinks, Wi-Fi, specialty dining, personal purchases, and other travel expenses are not included.
Guests are responsible for all taxes, fees, and additional charges associated with their Cruise Reservation or personal travel arrangements.

8. Payment Plans

When a payment plan is offered, the payment amounts and scheduled charge dates will be disclosed before purchase.

By selecting a payment plan, you:

Authorize X Dance Cruise or its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the disclosed schedule.
Agree to keep a valid payment method on file.
Remain responsible for the full amount owed under the payment plan.
Agree that a missed or declined payment does not automatically cancel your remaining payment obligation.

If a scheduled payment is declined, we may attempt to process the payment again and contact you for updated payment information.

If an overdue payment is not resolved within the time stated in our notice, we may suspend or cancel your registration. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the sailing-specific terms, amounts previously paid will remain subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.

X Dance Cruise is not responsible for overdraft fees, bank fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.

9. Cruise Payments

Cruise deposits, final payment deadlines, cabin prices, taxes, fees, gratuities, package charges, and cancellation penalties are governed by the Cruise Reservation and the applicable cruise-line and travel-provider terms.

Payments for the Cruise Reservation may be collected by the cruise line, travel advisor, group reservation provider, or another authorized third party.

X Dance Cruise does not control cruise-line pricing, cabin inventory, promotional offers, payment deadlines, or cancellation penalties.

Failure to make required Cruise Reservation payments may result in cancellation of your cabin by the cruise line or travel provider. Cancellation of your cabin does not automatically create a right to a refund of your X Dance Registration.

10. Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for every guest included in your registration.

The legal name used for the Cruise Reservation must match the guest’s required travel documents.

You are responsible for reviewing all confirmations, invoices, passenger information, dates, names, cabin details, and payment schedules promptly after receiving them.

Notify the appropriate party immediately if you discover an error. X Dance Cruise is not responsible for costs, penalties, denied boarding, or other problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by a guest.

11. X Dance Registration Cancellation and Refunds

The X Dance Registration is separate from the Cruise Reservation and covers the dance workshops, social events, instruction, group activities, and other X Dance experiences included with the sailing.

All payments made toward the X Dance Registration are non-refundable for any reason.

When a guest registers, X Dance Cruise immediately begins committing funds and making arrangements for instructors, event space, activities, materials, staffing, and other costs associated with the experience. Many of these expenses cannot be recovered if the guest later cancels.

The non-refundable policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including:

- A change in personal plans
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Family or work obligations
- Pregnancy
- Financial hardship
- Transportation delays
- Canceled or missed flights
- Missed connections
- Weather-related travel problems
- Failure to obtain required travel documents
- Denial of boarding
- Failure to reserve or pay for a cabin
- Cancellation of the guest’s Cruise Reservation
- Disagreement with a cruise-line decision
- Changes made by the cruise line
- Failure to attend some or all scheduled X Dance activities
- Removal from the event for violating these Terms

In some circumstances, X Dance Cruise may choose to allow the amount paid for the X Dance Registration to be transferred as a credit toward a future X Dance Cruise. Any credit is offered solely at the discretion of X Dance Cruise, is not guaranteed, depends on availability, and may be subject to deadlines, price differences, administrative fees, or other conditions.

Approval of a credit or transfer does not change the non-refundable nature of the original payment and does not create an obligation to offer the same option to another guest.

The Cruise Reservation is governed separately by the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable cruise line and travel provider. Depending on those policies and the timing of the cancellation, some or all of the cabin payments may be refundable.

Cancellation or refund of the Cruise Reservation does not create a right to a refund of the X Dance Registration. Cancellation, transfer, or credit of the X Dance Registration does not automatically cancel or refund the Cruise Reservation.

Nothing in this section limits any refund right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Cruise Reservation Cancellations

The Cruise Reservation is subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable cruise line and travel provider.

Cruise-line cancellation penalties generally depend on when the cancellation is made and may increase as the departure date approaches.

X Dance Cruise does not determine or waive cruise-line cancellation penalties and is not responsible for refunds owed by a cruise line, travel advisor, insurer, airline, hotel, excursion provider, or other third party.

Guests must follow the cancellation instructions provided with their Cruise Reservation.

13. Transfers and Name Changes

X Dance Registrations may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or given to another person without prior written approval from X Dance Cruise.

Name changes and transfers are not guaranteed.

Any approved transfer may be subject to:

An administrative fee
A deadline
Payment of any outstanding balance
Completion of new registration documents
Cabin availability
Approval from the cruise line or travel provider
Cruise-line name-change or cancellation fees

The cruise line may treat a name change as a cancellation and new reservation. X Dance Cruise cannot override the cruise line’s rules.

14. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuations, travel delays, missed connections, baggage loss, or other unexpected events. Coverage varies significantly between policies.

You are responsible for reviewing the policy, exclusions, deadlines, pre-existing-condition rules, and covered reasons before purchasing.

X Dance Cruise does not provide insurance and does not guarantee that any particular claim will be covered.

Choosing not to purchase travel insurance does not change the applicable cancellation or refund policies.

15. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Each guest is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for the sailing.

Depending on the itinerary and the guest’s citizenship or residency status, required documents may include:

A valid passport
A government-issued photo ID
Proof of citizenship
Visas
Health documentation
Parental or guardian consent documents
Any other documents required by the cruise line or destination authorities

Requirements may change and may differ by cruise line, itinerary, citizenship, residency status, and destination.

X Dance Cruise does not determine whether your documentation is sufficient and cannot guarantee that you will be permitted to board or enter any destination.

Failure to obtain or present the required documents may result in denied boarding without a refund from X Dance Cruise.

16. Transportation and Arrival

Unless expressly included on the Sailing Page, guests are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:

Airfare
Transportation to and from the departure city
Transportation to the cruise terminal
Hotels before or after the sailing
Parking
Meals outside the cruise
Return transportation

Guests are responsible for arriving at the cruise terminal before the cruise line’s required check-in deadline.

We strongly recommend arriving in the departure city at least one day before embarkation.

X Dance Cruise is not responsible for missed departures, delayed or canceled flights, traffic, weather, lost luggage, missed connections, or other transportation problems.

17. Schedule, Instructor, and Program Changes

Schedules, instructors, workshops, dance styles, venues, themes, group activities, and other program details are subject to change.

Changes may be necessary because of:

Ship operations
Venue availability
Instructor illness or emergency
Attendance levels
Itinerary changes
Weather
Safety concerns
Government actions
Cruise-line requirements
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

The appearance of a particular instructor, workshop, dance style, venue, schedule, or activity is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing as a guaranteed material term of the purchase.

When reasonably possible, X Dance Cruise may substitute an instructor, workshop, activity, venue, or schedule without canceling the entire event.

A change to part of the X Dance program does not automatically entitle a guest to a refund.

18. Cruise-Line Changes

The cruise line may change or cancel:

The ship
The itinerary
A port of call
Arrival or departure times
Dining arrangements
Entertainment
Onboard amenities
Health requirements
Safety procedures
Other parts of the cruise experience

These decisions are made by the cruise line and are outside the control of X Dance Cruise.

When a cruise-line change affects the X Dance schedule, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust our program. We do not guarantee that every originally planned activity can be rescheduled.

A cruise-line itinerary or operational change does not automatically create a right to a refund of the X Dance Registration.

19. Cancellation or Postponement by X Dance Cruise

X Dance Cruise may cancel, postpone, relocate, reduce, or substantially modify an event when necessary because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, public-health emergency, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor dispute, government order, port closure, transportation disruption, cruise cancellation, cruise-line action, instructor incapacity, venue unavailability, or another event that makes performance impossible, unsafe, illegal, or commercially impracticable.

If X Dance Cruise cancels the entire X Dance program and does not provide a replacement program, transfer, credit, or rescheduled event, our responsibility will be limited to the remedy stated in the sailing-specific terms or, when no remedy is stated, the amount actually paid directly to X Dance Cruise for the affected X Dance Registration.

X Dance Cruise is not responsible for cruise fares, airfare, hotels, transportation, insurance premiums, excursions, lost wages, or other expenses paid to third parties.

20. Participation and Physical Activity

Dance workshops and social dancing involve physical movement and may include walking, turning, spinning, balance changes, partner contact, crowded floors, uneven movement, and prolonged physical activity.

By participating, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, strains, sprains, illness, injury, aggravation of an existing condition, and other harm.

You are responsible for deciding whether you are physically able to participate.

You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating if you have a medical condition, injury, balance issue, pregnancy, mobility limitation, or other concern that may affect your ability to dance safely.

You may decline or stop participating in any activity at any time.

21. Assumption of Risk and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participating in X Dance workshops, social dances, group activities, pre-cruise events, and related activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless X Dance Cruise, X Dance, its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising from the ordinary risks of participation, including claims involving ordinary negligence.

This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be released or limited, including any liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

This section applies only to the X Dance activities. The cruise line and other third-party providers may require separate waivers, releases, or passenger contracts.

22. Health and Safety

Guests must follow all reasonable health and safety instructions issued by X Dance Cruise, the cruise line, port authorities, venues, or government agencies.

Do not participate in an activity when you are ill, injured, impaired, or unable to do so safely.

You are responsible for:

Managing your own medical conditions
Bringing necessary medications
Informing an instructor when you need an activity modified
Seeking medical assistance when needed
Paying for medical care, treatment, evacuation, or related expenses

Medical services aboard the ship are operated by the cruise line or its providers and may result in additional charges.

X Dance Cruise is not a medical provider and cannot guarantee the availability or adequacy of medical services.

23. Accessibility and Accommodation Requests

We want guests to be able to participate whenever reasonably possible.

Guests who need an accommodation should contact X Dance Cruise before registering or as early as possible before the sailing.

Some accessibility matters, including accessible staterooms, mobility equipment, dietary accommodations, boarding assistance, and ship facilities, are controlled by the cruise line and must be arranged through the appropriate booking provider.

We cannot guarantee that every workshop, venue, activity, port, excursion, or area of the ship will be accessible for every guest.

An accommodation request does not guarantee that the requested accommodation can be provided, but we will consider reasonable requests within our control.

24. Participant Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Harassment, intimidation, threats, or bullying
Unwanted sexual attention or inappropriate physical contact
Discrimination or abusive language
Fighting or aggressive conduct
Deliberately unsafe dancing
Excessive intoxication
Disruption of workshops or events
Damage to property
Unauthorized entry into private event spaces
Violations of cruise-line rules
Conduct that interferes with another guest’s ability to participate or enjoy the event

Consent and respect are required in all partner dancing and social interactions.

X Dance Cruise may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove a guest from an activity or the entire X Dance program when we reasonably believe the guest’s conduct is unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.

Serious conduct may be reported to ship security, the cruise line, or law enforcement.

A guest removed for conduct violations is not entitled to a refund.

25. Alcohol and Impairment

Guests who choose to consume alcohol are responsible for doing so safely and in compliance with cruise-line rules and applicable law.

X Dance Cruise may refuse participation to anyone who appears too impaired to dance or participate safely.

The purchase or consumption of alcohol is not included with the X Dance Registration unless expressly stated otherwise.

X Dance Cruise is not responsible for a guest’s decisions, conduct, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from intoxication or impairment.

26. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their own luggage, clothing, dance shoes, electronics, identification, money, jewelry, and other personal property.

Do not leave valuables unattended in workshops, social-dance venues, meeting rooms, or other event spaces.

X Dance Cruise is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged property, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Lost property found in an X Dance event space may be turned over to ship security or the applicable venue.

27. Photography, Video, and Media Release

X Dance Cruise events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, or other media captured in workshops, social dances, group events, public areas, or event backgrounds.

Unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the event, you grant X Dance Cruise permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in event recaps, websites, social media, advertisements, promotional materials, educational materials, and other X Dance content without additional compensation.

Guests who do not want to be intentionally featured should notify us in writing before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to honor the request for posed, featured, or individually focused content.

Because these are live group events, we cannot guarantee that a guest will not appear incidentally in crowd shots, backgrounds, group photographs, or footage captured by other guests or the cruise line.

28. Guest Photography and Recording

Guests may take reasonable personal photographs and short personal videos unless instructed otherwise.

Guests may not:

Record an entire workshop or class
Livestream private X Dance activities
Record another guest in a private or inappropriate situation
Use recording equipment that disrupts an event
Sell or commercially distribute recordings
Reproduce or publish X Dance instruction as their own teaching material
Use X Dance content to create a competing instructional product

X Dance Cruise may prohibit recording during any workshop, performance, meeting, or activity.

29. Intellectual Property

All X Dance Cruise names, logos, designs, website content, lesson structures, choreography, instructional materials, videos, photographs, written materials, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to X Dance.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Participation in an event does not transfer ownership of any X Dance intellectual property to the guest.

30. Third-Party Services

Cruise lines, travel advisors, airlines, hotels, transportation companies, excursion providers, restaurants, insurers, payment processors, photographers, venues, and other outside businesses are independent third parties.

X Dance Cruise is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, representations, policies, financial condition, or service quality of a third party.

Any dispute regarding a third-party product or service must be addressed with the provider responsible for that product or service.

Links or recommendations provided by X Dance Cruise do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of a third party’s services.

31. Website Use

You agree not to use the X Dance Cruise website:

For an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
To interfere with the website’s operation or security
To attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
To submit false information
To copy or scrape website content for commercial use
To impersonate another person
To transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content
To infringe the rights of X Dance Cruise or another person

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms.

32. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, errors, outdated information, technical problems, or omissions may occasionally occur.

Photographs, videos, sample schedules, instructor lists, ship descriptions, itineraries, amenities, prices, and other website content may be illustrative and are subject to change.

We may correct errors or update information at any time.

If a material pricing error is discovered after a purchase, we may offer the guest the option to pay the correct price or cancel the affected purchase and receive a refund of the amount paid directly to X Dance Cruise for that purchase.

33. Privacy

Personal information is collected, used, and protected as described in our Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with the cruise line, travel provider, payment processor, instructors, contractors, or other parties when reasonably necessary to process a registration, arrange the event, provide requested services, comply with law, or protect health and safety.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

34. Electronic Communications and Acceptance

By submitting a registration or providing your contact information, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding your purchase, payment schedule, cabin-booking instructions, event updates, required forms, schedule changes, and other service-related matters.

Electronic records, confirmations, notices, and agreements may be used in connection with your purchase.

Checking an agreement box, submitting a registration, completing payment, or electronically signing a form constitutes your electronic acceptance of the applicable terms.

Marketing communications are governed by the choices and unsubscribe options described in our Privacy Policy and in the communication itself.

35. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact us promptly if you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or if you have a concern about your purchase.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel your registration or eliminate a valid payment obligation.

We may provide the payment processor or financial institution with registration records, checkout disclosures, communications, attendance records, acceptance logs, and other relevant information when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection or payment-card laws.

36. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and X Dance services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

A particular dance result or level of improvement
Compatibility with every dance partner or instructor
Continuous access to the website
The availability of every advertised ship amenity
A particular itinerary, port, venue, schedule, instructor, or activity
That the cruise line or another provider will perform without interruption
That every guest will participate in or enjoy every part of the experience

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Dance Cruise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, lost enjoyment, or additional travel expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of X Dance Cruise arising from a particular X Dance Registration will not exceed the amount paid directly to X Dance Cruise for that registration.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

38. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless X Dance Cruise, X Dance, its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your unlawful or intentionally harmful conduct
Damage caused by you to another person or property
Your infringement of another person’s rights
False or inaccurate information provided by you

This section does not require you to indemnify a party for liability that applicable law does not permit to be transferred.

39. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms or an X Dance Registration must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida.

The cruise line’s passenger ticket contract may contain separate governing-law, venue, arbitration, claim-notice, and filing-deadline provisions that apply to disputes involving the cruise line.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed if necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

41. No Waiver

A failure by X Dance Cruise to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

Any waiver must be provided in writing by an authorized representative of X Dance Cruise.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable Sailing Page, checkout disclosures, registration form, payment-plan terms, Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and X Dance Cruise regarding the X Dance Registration.

Statements made in informal conversations, social-media posts, advertisements, or other communications do not modify the agreement unless confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of X Dance Cruise.

43. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

The terms accepted at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase, together with any later changes that you expressly accept or that are necessary to comply with law, safety requirements, or cruise-line rules.
